How do I Reset my Hexagon Customer Portal Password?

Are you unable to sign in to the HCP, or would like to change your password for security purposes, the following guide can help.

 

Step 1

In the Secure Customer Login Screen Select "Forgot your password"

 

Step 2

enter your email in the User Name / Email input field

enter the Captcha image text in the below input field

click to select "Send"

The screen will change to notify you that you have been sent an email

 

Step 3

Open your email Inbox. The following example is using Outlook.

Ensure that the email address you entered in the Password Reset Request matches the inbox you are checking.
You are looking for an email from no_reply@hexagon.com

Click the link in the email.

Note: If the email is not in you Inbox, be sure to check the Spam/Junk, and Deleted Items folders.

If you are still unable to find the email, please confirm with your IT administrator that a firewall has not prevented the email coming through.

 

Step 4

When you click the link it will open the Password Reset Request web page in a new tab in your web browser.

You can enter your own or have your web browser suggest one for you.

You will need to enter the exact same password in both input fields, and then click to select Change User Password

 

Step 5

The screen will change to confirm that your password has changed, you will also be notified by email

With your password reset, you can click the HEXAGON logo in the top left to return to the Log In screen

Also note you should receive another email confirming the password has been changed.

 

Step 6
Re enter your User Name / Email and new Password. Your browser may pre-fill these details for you if this feature is enabled.
