A Hexagon Customer Portal account is required to access information and services
How do I Sign up for the Hexagon Customer Portal?
1. From your favourite Web Browser
2. Go to the address https://customers.ps.hexagonmi.com/
3. Select the menu option “Create a new account”
4. Enter your Hexagon Customer ID and one of your Hexagon Servercode codes
5. Click the “Next” button
6. Click on the radio button on the left of the “New Contact” text
7. Click the “Next” button
8. Select the appropriate salutation in the first field using the drop-down menu then complete the blank fields with the details of the person to be added.
9. Finally, click to select the “Create a new account” button
10. If this is the PC that the new account owner will be using, you may wish to save the sign on credentials into the Browser memory.
11. You will now be automatically signed into the Home Page of the Hexagon Customer Portal where you can access your
(a) Software Licenses and
(b) the Software Library to download CABINET VISION Software Installers.
